You are one-of-a-kind. Your approach to your health and wellness should be too.

Create sustainable health habits that fit into your life.

How long have you been waiting until things settle down to give your health the attention it deserves?

Today is the day to finally take the leap and prioritize you…your health…your space…even your time. How we eat plays an oversized function in our health and well-being. Whether taming inflammation, improving athletic performance, or finding your body’s happy place despite food sensitivities, we will work together to find balance that fits in your life and improves your health.

So….what is it that brings you here? Schedule a free 30 minute introductory call and we’ll find out if we should build a partnership as you pursue your own vision of your future health and happiness.

Phone? Video? In person? The answer is yes.

I’ve worked with all kinds of folks in all kinds of ways. You tell me what works for you. My phone and Zoom connections are HIPAA compliant. Shall we meet at one of KC’s delightful locally-owned coffee shops? Or perhaps your favorite farmer’s market or grocery store? Happy to meet you within a 30 mile radius of downtown Kansas City…any farther than that and you’re going to owe me a cup of coffee (I prefer it black, thanks).

Is there an app for that?

When you book your first appointment you’ll receive an invitation to use an app that can help keep track your goals and the baby steps that you are taking to meet them, share pictures from your meals, hikes, and of course your pets, and keeps us in touch between sessions. It is HIPAA compliant and makes scheduling and changing appointments a breeze. And if you’re anti-app, that’s cool too. I’m the middle child — what works for you works for me too.

What about insurance?

I can give you a Superbill (sounds cooler than it is) that you can submit to your insurance. No promises that my services will be covered, but hey, it’s probably worth a shot. As your consolation prize, I will accept your FSA or HSA dollars.

Ahem…social media?

Not my strong suit, but you can catch an occasional musing or vegetable pun on Instagram.
