Nutrition Coaching
Jennifer Diggs Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Health Coach
How a nutrition coach can help
If you’re struggling to meet your health goals, nutrition coaching can help you find the motivation, the knowledge, and the support to achieve them. I work with a range of clients–endurance athletes, people with long-term health challenges, folks who don’t have enough time to look after themselves, and folks can’t seem to lose weight. Whatever is holding you back, I can help you identify your obstacles, develop strategies to overcome them, and find alternative approaches that you may not have considered. Health coaching can help you
Eat healthier
Get fitter
Sleep better
Feel happier

How Nutrition Coaching Works
My approach to nutrition coaching is holistic. That means I’ll be asking you about your whole self, because behavioral change is hard. We can’t change one part/habit/behavior without affecting other parts of ourselves.
When I work with clients, we typically start with weekly sessions. We can meet virtually, talk on the phone, hang out at a coffee shop, or even go for a walk. My guidance and coaching will vary based on your particular needs. I may encourage you to eat an apple or take a walk. I may even suggest you take a nap.
A Little Bit About Me
I’m a Registered Dietitian and a Board-Certified Health Coach based in Kansas City. When I’m not talking about eating and moving, I’m usually eating and moving. I love trail running and cooking (usually). My social hour is generally a morning run with friends. I live in a 130-year-old home in KC’s urban core with my partner, two dogs, and a cat. You’ll sometimes see me cheering on runners while wearing one of my many vegetable costumes.
